Pasqal
Neutral atom hardware, planning a public listing at a $2B valuation.
Pasqal builds neutral atom quantum computers and is one of five French hardware companies inside the PROQCIMA military procurement programme. The company has signalled plans to list publicly at a $2B valuation.
Pasqal was founded as a spinout from Institut d'Optique, building on neutral atom research co-pioneered by Alain Aspect, who won the 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics. It is a direct modality competitor to Atom Computing and Infleqtion in Colorado.

The Millikelvin covers the Colorado quantum ecosystem from the inside. Foreign organisations on this site carry stub profiles only, restricted to publicly reported facts. We expand a profile when the org is part of an active Colorado story, not as deep-dive coverage of foreign ecosystems on their own terms.
