Maybell Quantum was founded in 2021 on a specific thesis: quantum computing requires cryogenic infrastructure, that infrastructure is expensive and hard to build, and rethinking it unlocks the entire industry. Maybell's product line is a family of dilution refrigerators, the Fast Fridge, The Fridge, Fridge+, and the Big Fridge, which cool quantum processors to roughly 15 millikelvin, colder than the vacuum of outer space. Maybell positions itself as the quantum infrastructure company, packing more experimental capacity into dramatically smaller footprints than legacy cryostats. CEO Corban Tillemann-Dick also chairs Elevate Quantum, giving Maybell a central role in the policy and coordination layer of the Colorado ecosystem.
